Electric Magnetic Lock 500KG Holding Force for Access Control System

This electric magnetic lock consists of an electromagnet and an armature plate, designed for access control door locks. When attached to the door frame and the armature plate to the door, a current passing through the electromagnet will attract the armature plate, securely holding the access control door lock shut. The door will remain closed when power is on, and will automatically open when power is off.

This magnetic door lock is suitable for various types of doors, including wooden, glass, metal, fire-proof, and cabinets. The electromagnetic plate is made of durable aluminum alloy and metal plate, while the armature plate is constructed from zinc. The cover has an anodized aluminum finish in silver color.

With a holding force of 500kg (1200lbs), the lock operates on DC 12V and has an operating temperature range of -10 ~ +55C (14-131F). The current required for operation is 480mA. The size of the lock is 10.43L x 2.95W x 1.54H (in)/ 265L x 75W x 39H (mm), while the armature plate measures 7.28L x 2.36W x 0.51H (in)/ 185L x 60W x 13H (mm).

The package includes the electromagnetic lock, armature plate, screws pack, and an English user manual. If needed, Z and L brackets for the magnetic lock can be purchased separately. The materials used for this magnetic door lock are stainless steel, with an anti-residual magnetism design for enhanced security.

In NC mode, the lock is secure when power is supplied and unlocks when power is off, operating on a fail-safe mode. It also has built-in safety features, including a voltage spike suppressor.
