The key feature of this kit is the ability to remotely open doors by simply pressing a wireless RF remote, eliminating the need to physically move to the door when visitors arrive. The remote connects to the receiver, which can store up to 40 remotes and has a range of 164 feet.

When the power is on, the magnetic lock in the kit is secured. Pressing the remote temporarily unlocks the mag lock to open the door. The lock operates in fail-safe mode, meaning it unlocks when power is removed. The lock also has an adjustable time delay of 0, 5, or 10 seconds.

A convenient exit button is included in the kit, allowing for easy indoor exits with a single push. The kit is suitable for wooden, glass, metal, and fireproof doors.

The user-friendly design of the kit includes external function switches for easy settings of sound effects, operating modes, and delay times. A built-in buzzer provides feedback on operations and can be muted if desired. An expansion port allows for the addition of an access control keypad.
